SlapPhone ("the App") is developed and maintained by LL Cloud Development & Operations ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
SlapPhone collects minimal data necessary for app stability and purchase verification:
In release builds only, we use Sentry to collect crash reports, device diagnostics, and app performance data. This includes device model, OS version, and stack traces. No personally identifiable information is collected. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.
The App requires the following Android permissions to function. Each is used solely for core functionality:
Used to access the accelerometer at the fastest sampling rate for accurate slap force detection. Sensor data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted.
Used to provide haptic feedback proportional to slap force.
Used for the optional screen-off detection mode, which keeps the accelerometer listening when the screen is off. This feature is opt-in and can be disabled in settings.
Premium voice packs are available as a one-time lifetime purchase processed through the Google Play Store. The purchase transaction is handled entirely by Google. We use RevenueCat to verify purchase entitlements. No payment information is accessed or stored by the App. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID; no personally identifiable information is shared. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
Your settings and preferences (sensitivity, selected voice pack, slap records, personal bests) are stored locally on your device using DataStore. This data is never transmitted off your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
No advertising networks or analytics platforms beyond Sentry are used.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal data from children or anyone else. Crash reports contain only technical device information, not personal data.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
