How it works
Android only lets a phone's own developer tools reach the HiLight ring, so AuraGlow borrows them. Three switches, once: unlock Developer options, turn on Wireless debugging, and pair AuraGlow with the code Android shows you. No computer, no root, no second app. After that AuraGlow reconnects on its own, including after a restart, and tells you if anything is missing. If you already run Shizuku, AuraGlow can use it instead.
The ring was made for short flashes, so AuraGlow keeps every light short by design: a brief pulse, a resting glow that switches off after minutes, a rest for half of every ten minutes, and brightness that eases down. Nothing in the app can override these limits.
